Palermo Football Club recognises the importance of having a transparent process that guarantees all stakeholders the opportunity to report actions and behaviours that are not in line with its system of values and that are unlawful pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023.
The platform is available to report any conduct of which you have become aware that potentially violates laws, regulations, principles or internal policies of Palermo Football Club.
Reports may be registered either anonymously or in name and, in both cases, the data transmitted will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and you will be protected against any form of retaliation or discrimination, as provided for by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
In order to favour a more effective management of the in-depth investigations requested, Palermo Football Club encourages reports by name in order to more easily gather all the information useful for the examination of the reports themselves.
