The synergy between Palermo FC and FIGC as part of the Progetto Rete, an initiative aimed at children included in the SPRAR/SIPROIMI projects (protection systems for asylum seekers and refugees) present throughout the national territory, is renewed for the fourth consecutive sporting season with the aim of promoting and encouraging the interaction between peers and the processes of social and intercultural inclusion through football.
Last Saturday at the Pisani Sports Center in Palermo, a representative of the Under 16 Rosanero team, accompanied by coach Filippo d'Alesio, met the young people of the "Casa dei Mirti", "Don Calabra" and "Umana Solidarietà" communities, in view of the beginning of the tournament scheduled for Saturday 20th May at the Palermo CFT.
Through Progetto Rete, football becomes an educational, formative and integration tool to promote ethically correct behaviors as a model for civil society.
