At 1:00pm on Saturday 11 may ticket sales will open for the match Palermo VS Sampdoria, valid for the preliminary round for the Playoff of the 2023-2024 Serie BKT Championship, scheduled on Friday 17th May at 8:30pm at the Renzo Barbera stadium.
The first phase of ticket sales provides a pre-emption period reserved only for season ticket holders for the 2023/24 sports season: each season ticket holder will be able to freely purchase a ticket for themselves and for another person at a special rate and in any sector of the stadium until 11.59pm on Monday 13th May.
To access the pre-emption phase it will be necessary to enter a code on the season ticket/fidelity card (see below).
The free sale phase will start at 1:00pm on Tuesday 14th May. Season ticket holders who didn’t exercise their pre-emption right in the first phase, will have the possibility to access anyway the dedicated discounted rates and the second ticket also in such second phase.
The tickets will be available for sale up to 8:25pm on Friday 17th May or anyway until available, exclusively through the following channels:
– the Vivaticket website
– the Vivaticket physical stores in the whole province of Palermo and in the rest of the national territory
– the Vivaticket sales point in the SiamoAquile Bar&Store inside the Renzo Barbera stadium
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS PRE-EMPTION-PROMO
Season ticket holders will have the possibility to access to their dedicated benefits (discounts and second ticket) at the VivaTicket physical stores and online, typing a “coupon code”:
- fiscal seal (sigillo fiscale) present on the season ticket card (Fiscal Seal – 16-digits alphanumeric code);
- fidelity card number for the digital season ticket holders, on the “siamo aquile” card (12-digits card number).

Accreditations reserved for sports clubs request procedure
On the occasion of Palermo’s home matches, Serie A and Serie B sports clubs can request n. 1 accreditation for one of their observers. Any requests from Lega Pro and LND clubs will be evaluated based on residual availability.
Requests must be sent to the sports secretary’s address p.visci@palermofc.com without fail no later than 6:00pm of Tuesday 14th May, specifying the name, surname, place and date of birth of the person to be accredited, in addition to the email address to which the electronic ticket has to be sent.
It is recommended to arrive at the stadium well in advance to facilitate entry procedures.
