Palermo Primavera, Palermo FC's youth team coached by coach Di Benedetto was promoted to the Primavera 2 championship after the final Play Off match against Bari played at the Pasqualino Stadium in Carini which ended 2-1 thanks to the goals scored by Mazza and Bonello at the 15th and 75th minute respectively.
The young Rosanero team had finished first in its group and today played the second leg of the final against Bari, winners of the playoffs, as required by this year's regulations. The match was followed by hundreds of Rosanero fans who arrived in Carini to support and celebrate the team.
