Palermo FC announces that on the occasion of the match Palermo FC VS Cesena FC, scheduled for Saturday 21th September 2024 at 3.00pm, valid for the 6th match day of the 2024-2025 Serie BKT Championship, all press accreditation requests shall be sent exclusively via email at the address press@palermofc.com within 12pm of Tuesday 17th September.
All accreditation requests must be written on headed paper, signed by the director in charge and, by law, must be complete with:
– name, surname, date and place of birth;
– OdG card number for journalists;
– identity document number for technicians;
– 2024-2025 LNPB permit number for photographers.
Each newspaper will be allowed to request only for 1 accreditation for a journalist already in possession of a Journalists’ Order Card.
Radio and television broadcasters in possession of 2024-2025 LNPB authorization will only be able to accredit journalists present in the list communicated to the Lega B Broadcasting Office and present in the Lega B Portal. Access by technicians of the same broadcasters is subject to current AGCOM provisions: 1 journalist + 1 technician for radio and television broadcasters in possession of authorization to exercise the right to report; 1 journalist + 2 technicians or 2 journalists + 1 technician for broadcasters holding other types of rights.
As required by national regulations, the Company reserves the right to select and consequently reject accreditation requests, even if received within the communicated deadline, if the number of them exceeds the available capacity of the Press Stand and/or if the requests do not possess the necessary requirements (e.g. newspapers which do not include those linked to football and, in particular, to Palermo FC or the opposing team among the main topics covered continuously). Requests received after the date and time indicated will be automatically rejected.
At the end of the accreditation request selection operations, exclusively in the event of a rejected request, the Palermo FC Press Office will send a communication via email within 48 hours of the start of the match. The selection of requests from Information Operators following the opposing team will be carried out in collaboration with the respective Club Press Office.
PICKING UP MEDIA ACCREDITATION PASS
Information Operators regularly accredited for the match will be able to access the pre-filtering gates of the stadium via a list of names and, starting two hours before the start of the match, they will be able to collect their press pass at the Press Entrance of the Covered Grandstand at the stand manned by steward staff.
MATCH DAY VIDEO SHOOTING
In compliance with the LNP regulations, it is forbidden to film video inside the stadium on match day: only television broadcasters in possession of the 2024-2025 authorization for the exercise of reporting rights or other types of rights will be able to film videos of post-match interviews, while online publications will only be able to share content published on the Clubs’ official channels via embed. Violation of these rules can be sanctioned with the suspension of press accreditation directly by Lega B.
POST MATCH ACTIVITIES
In compliance with current federal protocols, until otherwise communicated, Palermo FC’s post-match interviews will be carried out in the stadium’s press room (2nd floor South Tower), with the exception of interviews by broadcasters who are licensees or holders of other types of rights with respect to the right of the press which will be located in the Privileged Area and/or Mixed Zone (ground floor).
The post-match interviews of the visiting team will be carried out according to the methods established by the respective Press Office.
After the match, the Press Stand will be available to Press Operators exclusively up to three hours after the start of the match.
