Directions for disabled people

People with 100% disabilities will be able to enjoy free admission to individual matches throughout the 2024/2025 season, upon request for each match.

In order to facilitate access to the Renzo Barbera Municipal Stadium, Palermo F.C. has set up a seat reservation system reserved for disabled people, which will make entry safer and easier. The service is mandatory and allows disabled persons, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory with wheelchairs, who hold a certificate of 100% disability, to attend home matches free of charge until the available complimentary tickets are exhausted. If the disabled person requires continuous assistance, free admission is also provided for an accompanying adult.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCREDITATION

Send an accreditation request for each match by email to biglietteria@palermofc.com

Only requests sent within the deadlines set out in the press releases for each individual match will be considered.

The following must be attached to the request email:

– the disability accreditation request form, completed in full (downloadable at the bottom of the page)

– a valid document issued by the relevant authorities certifying 100% disability

– a copy of the identity document of the disabled person making the request and a copy of the accompanying person’s identity document (if required by the disability certificate)

Any requests received before or after the deadline or missing the necessary documents will not be considered.

For each match, it will only be possible to accept accreditation requests for 40 disabled persons who are unable to walk (in wheelchairs, with a companion if necessary) in the covered grandstand, and for 50 disabled persons who are able to walk with a companion if necessary in sector ‘061’ of the Curva Nord Inferiore.

Palermo F.C. reserves the right to accept accreditation requests in the order in which they are received and in any case until all available places are filled.

Once you have sent the email, please wait for confirmation of acceptance. If you do not receive a reply to your email, your accreditation request will be considered rejected.

Disabled accreditations will be sent automatically by the ticketing system within 2 days of the match and in digital format directly to the email address from which the request was received.

Accreditations must be presented at the entrances directly on a smartphone or in printed form, together with a valid original identity document.

ACCESS

Access to the facility for disabled people who are able to walk will only be granted if they are in possession of a valid ticket (free accreditation for disabled people received by email or a ticket purchased in the normal way) and will be directly from the turnstiles indicated on the ticket.

Access to the facility for disabled persons in wheelchairs will only be allowed if they have a valid ticket for the covered grandstand areas (free disabled pass received by email or ticket purchased in the normal way) and will only be granted through the ‘DISABILI’ (disabled) entrance near the turnstiles of the covered grandstand.

For reasons of safety and public order, wheelchair users will not be allowed access to the curved and stepped sections under any circumstances, even if they have a valid ticket.

Furthermore, access to the covered grandstand via the ‘DISABILI’ entrance will not be permitted with a ticket purchased for another section (curved or stepped).
